(May 21, 2019, 6:23 pm)They have an amazingly friendly staff! So understanding and welcoming. They offer a variety of amazing services. Their after school program is great! They pick up the kids at school, they do homework and learn about mixed martial arts in the older days and then they have fun during the class! I highly recomend RAMA. Great summer camps as well!!

(March 24, 2019, 8:32 pm)If you live anywhere near Rockland this is the Martial Arts Academy for you. They have a large variety classes....something for everyone. Muay Thai, Jujitsu , Brazilian Jiu jitsu they have classes for those wanting a practical self defence or have a competitive nature. The staff/instructors practice what they preach, as they all compete in the Art they instruct. As a member of the Canadian Armed forces, I have been posted all over the country - you won't find a better bang for your buck. Team, Honour, loyalty!!!!!!
