She always seems to find the problem areas without me having to tell her. All the staff is super friendly and it's easy to book appointments online. I'd recommend the Optimal Health Centre to my friends and family.

(December 11, 2017, 1:29 pm)I started off searching for yoga classes that I can take close to home. After finding these and falling in love with the teachers I have been going for almost 2 years and still love it! Affordable, great time of the week and offered in French and English! No regrets!
Then! I decided I would try seeing Dr.Josee as a Chiropractor as none of my other methods of pain relief were working. She sat me down and explained everything to me before we started. Her welcoming personality makes it easy to ask questions and appointments never seem rushed. After doing a few treatments I found out that her work was not only helping me with pain it was also helping me become more flexible in yoga, stronger in hockey and improve my posture dramatically. I highly suggest seeing her even if it is just to get some questions answered. -

(January 21, 2014, 4:05 pm)I've been going to see Dr. Josée for about eight months now. Before seeing Dr. Josée I went to about four different Chiropractors over three years. Dr. Josée is by far the best Chiropractor I've seen. She is very conscientious and ensures that I am properly adjusted. She also takes the time to discuss wellness with me and ensures that I improve other aspects of my life as well. The results from seeing Dr. Josée speak for itself, I've had a significant improvement in my health since seeing Dr. Josée.
If you're tired of seeing Chiropractors and only experiencing mediocre results, then I suggest you pay a visit to Dr. Josée. I can guarantee you'll be happy with the results.
