It's an older building but we had a renovated unit, everything was new and the building was quiet, outside of the city area and close to parks and the canal. The rent was reasonable considering hydro was included. The building staff, Karen, Steve, Ron and Kerry were all great, friendly, willing to help and made it a safe and comfortable place to live. We're happy to have lived there and would recommend.
