Buying a house and changing cities in this unsteady market we thought would be challenging enough but Cathy put her whole self into our needs and made our purchase smooth and satisfying. From the moment we met her we felt very comfortable with her personality and her extensive knowledge of the real estate market. We also felt grateful for her advice she had for us with a very complicated sale of our home. I believe going above and beyond is the norm for Cathy and this team.

She was and generous with her time and accommodating with scheduling meetings. She has also helped other members of my family with several purchases/sales. Would not hesitate to recommend her!

She worked tirelessly for several months going to countless viewings. When deciding to move she was the first person I called. Her easy manner , determination to find the “right” house for you and availability at any time of day and night (and she goes above and beyond) make her a delight to work with. She has always been honest about pricing and offers. She never asks you to go outside your budget and /or comfort level. I can’t wait to work with her in selling my house.

Cathy has been an absolute pleasure to work with. I have had the pleasure to buy 2 properties and sell one in 2021 with her.
She has been hands on in getting my home ready to sell. She knows what needs to be done to get the most out of selling your home. The home sold well within the range she suggested it would. If you are selling your home in Peterborough, I strongly recommend Cathy. She and her team takes a lot of that stress off your hands!!
In buying 2 homes this year, Cathy has managed to find me homes that I am happy to have today. In both instances, we were facing competition when trying to buy the home. We managed to buy both homes based on our first bid and at prices that were reasonable in a heated housing market. Cathy found us our homes within our budget.
