(January 27, 2023, 12:24 am)Nadia is the BEST massage therapist I’ve seen in 30 years! I first started seeing her in 2022 to help me with back pain – and I’ll keep seeing her for many years to come!
The treatments are amazing! First, the massage bed is heated, which I’ve never experienced before. Then, after lying down, she puts a heat pad on my back to help relax my muscles.
The pressure is just right, and not only does she provide a great massage, but she also uses heated towels and scented muscle ointment to help with muscle relaxation.
I also get fascial stretching, which is a treatment I recommend for anyone with chronic pain. The cupping she provides at no additional cost is also beneficial treatment.
I would recommend her to anyone!
