  My sister and I had been looking for a house for over 6 months with little success. We worked with several different agents that had been referred to us by friends, but none of them really understood our wants or needs. We were tired of looking at houses that were either out of our budget or didn't fit our needs. We were tired of looking and it seemed like a big waste of time. Frustration was building and we were beginning to think that we would never find a house. We were ready to give up.
  
  It wasn't until we met Bryan, that we were able to narrow down and focus on properties that fit our needs. Bryan was patient and helpful in guiding us through this process, being that this was our first purchase and we had tonnes of questions. He really went above and beyond. I am happy to say that we are now home owners and it's all thanks to Bryan. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

  Raymond Ow and his team are incredible. We 1st met Raymond and Herman at one of the many pet shows we have in our city.
  
  It started with Raymond helping us find a place to lease. We told him what we were looking for, and within hours we were sent listings to choose from. He is flexible with his times and always gives professional advice whenever we had a dilemma on a property. We never had any problems communication wise as he went above and beyond our expectations... and this was for a lease!
  
  A year later (2016) we decided to buy and who better to call than Raymond. Once again he bent over backwards for us and couldn't have asked for more. Penny is a great negotiator as well! We were 1st time home buyers and it was such a smooth experience with him. No request was too much or too little
  
  Not only have we gained a real estate agent we will use as our lives go on, but a friend on top of it all.
