I can see there have been some bad reviews, however any time that I have ever called them, or emailed them, to inquire about an item they have been super helpful. I called them today to ask about an item, and the person who answered the phone went out of his way to go check for me. Any email inquiries that I've sent (and there have been a few, because we are new RV owners) have been replied to quickly, within a few hours, always same-day. We will definitely be paying them a visit to purchase some items for our RV.

Update April 15, 2019 - yes, you can see that there is a bit of a love-hate relationship. Which is sad, that people are so quick to write a bad review on a business, when they might only have had one experience with them.
I have only had great dealings with Noroteck, the many times I have called to inquire about certain items. And when we went there in person a few weeks ago, (March 30th), the staff were more than helpful, and went out of their way. We didn't end up finding what we went there for, but we did score a Microwave for our friends who were on the hunt for one. Your prices are great, and we are so happy to have discovered you for when we will need supplies, (replacements parts and/or appliances) for our RV.
