We had a craving for ice cream so we decided that we would go through Norwich on our way home to see if Ritchies was open. We stopped and gave our order and the kids at the window were so kind. We tried to pay with debit but their machine was glitching. They tried so hard and finally just asked us to take it free, because they didn’t know what to do. We went to our car and dug through our things to find cash to pay- thank goodness we had enough to even leave a tip.
Real people real problems! Ohh & the ice cream is so delectable! Try it for yourself🍦

Soft serve was down on a very hot day. Food was great. Fries were addictive. Burgers were a great size and delicious fresh beef. Nice thick bacon too. My only issue is that if the buns were toasted, they would hold up better for eating.

Overall, one of our faves in Norwich! The burgers, onion rings, and the soft serve ice cream are great!
(Not a fan of the belly buster though as it was a bit dry/overcooked & the hard ice cream can sometimes taste a little grainy)

Incredible hamburger. Chicken strips were very meaty. Fries and onion rings excellent. If you need a pit stop while on the road, look no further.

I recently ordered the burger combo. Fries were decent. The burger was good, add the bacon and cheese! I only have one issue, and that is they don't offer pickles for your burger. I found that very strange, leaving out one of the most popular burger toppings. Other than that I'd recommend it for a quick bite to eat.
