Michael was the focal point of communication between various departments- he was hands on and detail oriented with the web development/E-commerce/Marketing departments to project manage and coordinate deliverables in speed. He was also very influential in the pricing strategy and marketing needed for all sales team to effectively scale daily transactions and grow revenue on a year to year basis.
