Took my brad nailer in for some non warranty work. The lady at the front desk was quite helpful and was able to give me the name of someone who could help with another issue. Next day I received a call with an answer. Unfortunately it was not repairable but they were able to suggest other brands that would be better choices without breaking the bank.
