The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, and will assist you in finding what you need in regards to senior services, finding a retirement home, assisted living, etc. I would recommend this organization to anyone as a one stop shop to find what you need in retirement. It will definitely save you time and stress searching on your own because they have a very comprehensive database of every service and retirement home available in Ottawa.
