Empathy House saved my life. Having been through treatment twice before, my expectations were low. Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised when not only did the staff at Empathy House treat me like a human being, my program of recovery was tailored specifically to my needs. Jodi, Dawn, and Tiffany were, and continue to be, an integral part of my recovery. Their tried and true approach works, if you don’t resist what they suggest. It works, if you work it!
I am proud to wear my Empathy House pin and to be one of the Alumni. I owe my 15+ months of continued sobriety to them and their encouragement, compassion and structure.
