I did the BrainFX assessment at TIH and really enjoyed it! At first I was a bit sceptical (brain test?!?), but once I received a full report of my cognitive and neurological results I was blown away! I would absolutely recommend this to anyone interested in brain health, especially if you want a baseline or are concerned about any type of disorder or dysfunction.

The centre is a very comfortable and relaxing place to be. From the second I walked in (very warm welcome from the front desk!) to the time I left, I never felt any type of judgement or uneasiness.

I started with This is Healthful in the fall of 2018. I was in line to get a gastric bypass. The gastric bypass option did not sit well with me. I subscribed for Personal training and this has changed my life. In the fall of 2018 my A1C blood test was at 8.5 (under 7.0 is optimal for Type 2 diabetics). I'm ecstatic to say with Martin Garneau's help and the team at this is Healthful my A1C count is at 6.9 and blood pressure is 118/72. I highly recommend This is Healthful...they will change your life for the better!!

A grateful thank you to all the team at TIH for helping me reduce my heart disease risk factors. At 66 I could easily have progressed to requiring major cardiac interventions. The team's education, guidance and encouragement for a more heart healthy lifestyle with graded exercise and dietary changes has helped me so very much.
