  I wanted to take the time to recognize the amazing professionalism and splendid attitude of your delivery team: Chris and Robert.
  After a very long day of deliveries, they arrived here a little bit before 7 pm, still cheerful and extremely mindful of every details that make for superior customer service.
  Being the middle of winter, they made sure to not only remove their boots, but to unpack on the front porch what they could, to bring the sofa where it needed to be. They then set it up, including putting our felt pads onto the legs, explained everything and when they left, all was left was the beautiful sofa-bed and not a speck of dust, snow or wrapping. Their approach and demeanour were positive and highly polished (and polite)… impressive.
  
  Kudos to that team, if everyone were as professional as those two, the world would be a better place!
  
  This, of course, does not take away from our Sales Associate, Randy, as we were extremely pleased with how he took the time to show us sofa beds and explain everything to us, in details… helping us make an enlightened choice which seems to be exactly what we were looking for.
  
  So all in all, thanks to the 3 of you, we’re happy customers and will definitely recommend your store to our friends!

  I cannot say enough great things about Sofa World. I have never had such a great experience from beginning to end. Our sales person, Bruce, was not pushy at all but was there to answer questions and give information. We knew what we wanted and he waited for us to find it. The furniture is exactly what we have been looking for and it is great quality for an exceptional price. The other stores cannot compete and I have been searching for a long time at the bigger stores . The delivery team was fantastic!! Polite, careful, respectful of my home and property and very friendly and personable. They even asked if I had felt for the bottom of the sofas and placed them on for me before putting everything in place. I highly recommend Sofa World! They will be my go to store from now on!

  Bought a sofa from them. Came exactly as advertised the movers did an excellent job with a tough situation with my door and deck. Very impressed. Highly recommend.

  Had an excellent experience here. Bruce found us a comfortable and affordable sectional we loved after a long and tiresome search elsewhere.
  
  The delivery staff were phenomenal: prompt, polite and efficient. They even helped us move our old couch out to our pickup for disposal and put our felt pads on the feet of the couch for us.
  
  When we found a small manufacturer defect on one of the cushions Cedric of the service department walked us through finding the serial number and ordered us a replacement to the store so we wouldn't have to be home to sign for it.
  
  Can't recommend this place highly enough.

  Great service from Bruce. We ran into some issues with the couch we originally purchased as it wouldn't fit into our basement. We called them up and they sorted things out for us quickly. Changed our order around and found a replacement that has turned out just great!
