Anytime I need information or assistance, they are very quick to make it happen. It makes working with this team a real pleasure. Robert is Key to the customer focus and bring such a professionalism! We just have so many good things to say about this place. They excel both in customer service and quality of products. If you are thinking of renovating your bathrooms, check them out. They will do their best to match your needs and provide you with valuable input. We highly recommend them.

(November 25, 2022, 5:17 pm)I'm outfitting 2 full bathrooms and I needed 2 tubs...2 showers setups...2 toilets and a bunch of other stuff and it was a little daunting. The staff at Bath Depot Nepean took a lot of the stress off of me!!! My salesperson was this cute little guy named Geoff who was extremely helpful and honest. He helped me pick out everything I needed and had great recommendations. Steered me clear of huge potential headaches too! I am very grateful for that!!
The Warehouse manager, William, was amazing too, so helpful and what an interesting guy! He took care of everything from install recommendations to making sure we had the right vehicle for pickup. The products themselves are great. Everything arrived on time. I'm very happy with the service and products from this store. Thank you SO MUCH!!! The Bathrooms are looking AMAZING! -

(November 25, 2022, 3:47 pm)The team at Bath Depot Nepean is amazing. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone was super helpful. Their in house expert took the time to walk us through installation...they even cared enough to call ahead of pickup to make sure that the vehicle we were using was big enough to accommodate our order. Hands down best customer service I've ever received. I will definitely be shopping there again!

(August 5, 2022, 12:43 pm)I was a little worried to buy from Bath Depot after seeing so many negative reviews. But the products were so nice and just what we were looking for in our bathroom reno.
Devon at the Merivale location delivered though! Our bath and faucets were in the following week- exactly when promised and when we had an issue with one of the faucets on installation, he quickly replaced it.
Our bathroom looks amazing and Devon provided honest, great service. Will be a repeat customer for sure :)
