  Excellent client service. Had them install an aftermarket class 3 trailer hitch and wire in a 7-pin electrical harness all to the tow vehicle. Service done efficiently, reasonable price, and I even received an alert from the tech about a potential unrelated issue he saw with the tow vehicle - above and beyond the call of duty. Jamie (Parts and Accessories) and colleague provided informed advice and answers to questions I had ranging from trailer tires, tow vehicle roof-top carriers, and break in techniques for a new tow vehicle. The retail store is small, but contains many items of interest to trailer owners. Very satisfied with the service.

  Great place to deal with. All I had to do was tell them what I was looking for and within a few minuets they called me back with my new car trailer. It was fairly priced and delivered within two days. Plus they through in a sweet sweater!

  Great customer service from the folks here. We're in the market for a travel trailer and stopped in to look at a few models. We let them know up front we weren't ready to buy right away. We received top notch service and received the information needed to help make our decision.

  Fantastic experience with Primo Trailers. In particular both Deborah and Eddy were wonderful. Eddy did our walk though training and it was invaluable!!! We learned so much and he was so thorough and patient. Highly recommend Eddy! Well done.

  I've purchased a few trailers over the past decade with a few different companies. When purchasing you get great sale service but typically, it's a fight to get any after sale service. Primo doesn't fall in that category! 3 years later I was having some issues with the trailer (not because of poor product). I contacted Primo for advise and they provided a helping hand, on site service to rectify the issue, no hassles, fast, professional. Thank you Primo!
