  I had such an excellent buying experience at Myers Barrhaven Toyota. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accomodating to all my needs. I got exactly what I was looking for plus so much more! Frankie was very knowledgeable on the vehicles and got me into one that was just right for me. Zein hooked me up with a great deal and was happy to talk cars all day. Ricardo also made the experience worth while by overseeing the process with a big smile. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.

  I recently bought a 2019 Highlander limited. I had been doing my research for the past 2 years and found that this was the best vehicle for me. Ive been to just about every dealership in the city. I've found that most dealerships will tell you anything just to try and get you to sign with them. Then when it comes down to the contract it doesn't reflect what was agreed upon.
  
  When I talked to Stuart at Barrhaven Toyota he didn't push any preconceived sales plan or try to "sell me" and change my mind to another modal to get me to buy what was on the lot. he said "we will find the right vehicle for you and what you want, even if it takes a while I'm confident we can find it for you". I found he didn't blow smoke or try and use sales tricks in order to get my business. He and Ricardo (Sales Manager) followed through with their offers and I believe I got the best deal out there.

  I recently purchased a 2019 Toyota Tundra. My experience at Barrhaven Toyota was excellent. My salesperson Steve was knowledgeable and professional. The service department is conscientious and efficient. I would highly recommend Barrhaven Toyota

  Ricardo is the best car salesperson we have ever dealt with. Everyone is super friendly. The store is clean and well managed. The staff seem to be happy as well.

  My wife and I recently bought a Tacoma from Barrhaven Myers Toyota, we dealt was Erin Duncan and she was the best salesperson we have ever dealt with in the automotive world, very kind, honest and helpful. There was no pressure, shady tactics only honesty. The sales manger was very friendly and helpful as well, Ricardo Delgado. Ashley Wang the financial services manager was very thorough with her explanation of the agreement as well as the options available, she didn't try to sell us unnecessary options and focused only on beneficial ones . When I picked up the vehicle I was pleasantly surprised, things I didn't even negotiate to be included in the deal were just included (Tow package, all weather floor mats, truck bed anchor points, trailer hitch etc.) . I have never had such a flawless experience buying a vehicle (we've combined have bought 9 vehicles in the past 12 years) and would recommend Barrhaven Toyota to anyone, this type of experience I feel is a rare thing in today's automotive world.
