  From the beginning, Simon went above and beyond; from finding a hard-to-find magnolia tree to delivering it to another city as a secret birthday surprise. I can't thank Simon enough for his incredible customer service and friendly self! I'll gladly recommend him to anyone.

  Update: I've changed my rating because after sending the review below, the owner stopped by my house and spoke with my spouse. He looked at our plants that didn't survive the winter and promised to replace them. I should have called this spring to advise that some didn't make it but after reviewing their return/refund/replacement policy online, I assumed we didn't qualify. I will never doubt these folks again. Thank you so much...

  I purchased perennials online and had them delivered. The delivery was very quick but the product wasn't great. It's like they chose the shittiest inventory available. We planted them and hoped for the best. Most did not survive the winter, I'm hoping my cypress makes it but I doubt it will.
  
  Anyway, I suggest you go to the nursery to pick out the best available inventory. I have a disability so when I saw the option to purchase online, I jumped at it. Not a great idea!

  Simon was a big help in designing our front garden. He sketched out and did a complete plant list with no cost to us. We have people in our area complementing the garden. We have since added more gardens (we are in a new development) each year and Paramount has supplied plant material for those as well. They also honor their guarantee with no questions asked should you need to replace anything. It's delivered to your door promptly. 5 STARS

  Have ordered a few plants from Paramount now and have been very pleased. Plants (creeping phlox) were beautiful, delivered quickly, and the customer service top notch. Simon has been wonderful to deal with on each occasion. Plus, it saves you from wandering from nursery to nursery trying to find a particular plant. Highly recommended!
