(May 3, 2021, 4:17 pm)Great product. My daughter really loves it!! Excellent customer service!!!!!! I was having trouble with the remote, I couldn’t get it to connect to the car. The manager (sorry I can’t remember his name) stayed on the phone with me well after business hours, as I called just 15 mins before they closed. I thought after trying several different sequences of button pressing he’d be annoyed and cut me off but he didn’t and assured me he’d stay on the phone until we got it figured out. After about 45 mins we finally did and my daughter who was waiting anxiously/ impatiently waiting lol was able to enjoy her gift. They also sent me a complimentary AUX to Bluetooth converter so we could play the music from our mobile phones. A much appreciated add-on. Definitely 5stars for KSKIDS AUTO.

(April 17, 2021, 10:23 pm)It's one of those gems out there. My family purchased a beautiful Lambo ride on as a gift for my son, and we were so pleased with the gift. The after sale support was exceptional and fast. I guess I lived long enough to see cool ride-ons with Bluetooth speakers and an included remote controller. Wish I had those when I was little.
