Was in for the first time last Saturday with my boyfriend to just take a look, as we have had nothing but issues and poor service dealing with the other Jaguar dealership here in Ottawa. We have be bringing our F-Type to Montreal for service, but after this amazing first visit we will be definitely bringing our F-Type here instead. Thank you Leslie for the awsome first experience and we look forward in dealing with both yourself and your staff.

(June 18, 2020, 12:07 pm)We dealt with David Vaughan in sales and my experience was excellent. I was shopping for a new car and visited 8+ different dealerships, dealing with David was refreshing. He was prompt by email correspondence and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. On my arrival he had the vehicle ready for me out front (which doesn't sound like a big deal but so many others had me wait 30+minutes, selling me on other vehicles before I test drove), he was super informative and gave us options and listened. I was so happy with the service and not being condescended or intimidated like I felt at other dealerships. If you are in the market contact David!
