  After an unpleasant experience at another Honda Dealer closer to home we went to DOW Honda. We needed a car quickly after my car was written off by insurance. Everyone was very friendly, fun and helpful. Typically buying a car has been a very time consuming process. Kevin, Neil (sales) and Bruce (finance) were very quick from negotiations to final pick up. We did not waste time sitting around waiting. Tina was extremely friendly and efficient at ensuring we had all documentation in place. I was told by the previous Honda dealer it would be a two month wait to custom order my car. Kevin found two cars available which gave us a choice and we had it in less then a week. I absolutely love my Civic Si.

  The staff at Dow was wonderful. Gavin, our sales rep, was excellent and helpful. He was willing to work with us and got us a couple of deals. There were no high pressure sales tactics. We would recommend them to anyone.

  I have not been in the car market for 7 years. So I felt like a rookie shopper.
  My Dow rep made me aware of the process in a friendly, informative manner. The previously owned car was shown with all its past activity clearly transparent. The price was very competitive. After the purchase agreement was made there was a wait period. During the 4 days Dow Honda reviewed the car and made some positive changes that I received with no charge. I was made fully aware of my purchase in a friendly professional environment. I will buy there in the future and I recommend to others Dow Honda.

  I’m very pleased with the service I received from Kevin Graham. I came in looking for a reliable and affordable vehicle as my previous vehicle had been stolen. I was in desperate need of a new vehicle and Kevin made this a very stress free experience and was open and honest with me from the beginning. Even when there seemed to be delays with getting my vehicle to me on time, Kevin went through lengths to make sure there would be no delays. It is refreshing to see a sales person care about their costumers! Highly recommend!

  My wife and I were very pleased with the competent, caring and considerate service we received from James. His knowledge is extensive and he gave us detailed answers to our many questions. He was more than patient in providing us with test drives in various used vehicles which was exactly what we wanted. He made himself available at our convenience and invited us to call him at any time whenever we might have any questions in the future. Our contact with Bruce was very helpful as well. His explanations of the various options such as extended warranty and rustproofing were thorough and clear. While being professional, he was so amusing at the same time.
