Please accept my sincere gratitude to your office, and especially your caseworker Rima Fikak. I was amazed every time I contacted your office. Your staff including Lise-Office Administrator is so helpful and have tons of patience to answer all my queries. I contacted Rima to appeal IRCC to get visitor visa for my niece. She was so helpful during the process and whenever I send query, she responds immediately and she contacts IRCC then she used to call me to provide status updates at the end of day.
