Great personality and professionalism, signing was a snap, and was able to do it remotely which was HUGE as we were over 4 hours away....would definitely have him again! -

I was moving from the GTA to Ottawa, and Akash was knowledgeable about the city, he explained the different neighbourhoods to me and was very honest though the whole process.
It was a pleasure working with Akash, he has such a positive attitude, and is just as happy and excited as you are when you become a home owner. I’d definitely go with Akash for any future purchases and would recommend him to friends! -
