In a world where online shopping is increasing in popularity, it's nice to know that there are still some places that provide great customer service. Fitness Depot in Kanata is one of them.
Any expectations I may have had when I entered the store were quickly surpassed. My needs were assessed by the extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff member (owner?), who stopped what he was doing and spent the next fifteen minutes with me. He provided suggestions for equipment pieces, and even dropped to the floor to demonstrate exercises for me to try that would help with my specific issues.
When I got home and discovered that one of the items would be unusable in my apartment, I called back and was told to bring the product back for exchange or refund. I wasn't sure if that would be possible.
I highly recommend this store.
