I think it’s also worth noting that this store was busy and ALL staff were friendly and helpful and patient while lots of customers arrived. Great job!

(August 29, 2021, 1:11 am)I came to Telus to look into new phones for our family. The young gentleman who helped us is named Edwin A. Having Edwin as our person made things so easy. His vast knowledge of all phones they carry is quite impressive. He listened to what our needs were, and although I was shopping for a different phone he recommended a whole other make and model based on my husband's line of work. The durability and its ability to withstand constant and repetitive abuse was exactly what he needed. Edwin is kind, charming and has the best sense of humor. I highly recommend Edwin for all your telephone needs and to recommend the best phone and plan to suit your lifestyle. He deserves every recognition.
