  I just picked up a brand spanking new 340i. The experience was flawless from start to finish. I dealt with Jose Noguera. He was patient with my endless questions. He never tried to push us in one direction or another. And made recommendations based on what we wanted. I cannot say enough about what a positive experience it was too deal with him and the team at Ottos. Highly recommended!

  It's great to see how Otto's Service Department just seems to get better with time. I was in the other day for what's now known in car parlance as a detailing and I have to say, it was such a pleasure to have my car returned to its original lustre: wow! So a big shout of thanks to Krsysztof for his very professional and gracious help, and to Oliver for driving me here and there and everywhere and to Osmin for the fantastic cleaning job and to Michael who is always cheerful and ready to just help you out--whether it's to top your windshield stuff up, or help you figure out how to get to Oz! Last but not least to the Lead Guy in the corner office (aka Dave Young) who infuses BMW Service with a culture of courtesy, respect and great service. Bravo and thanks again!

  I am a customer of this company since 2007 and I have to say staff are friendly and customer service is amazing! my favorite person is Dory in service deportment! Dory is absolutely wonderful I wish I could give him 100 stars!

  Absolutely fantastic customer service! I dealt with Michael Donald and he was able to give me a great deal on a new BMW. They have gone above and beyond in every capacity. I would highly recommend.

  A+ experience. I dealt with a Eric Bergstrom to purchase a new vehicle and it was a perfect experience. Very helpful not pushy in any way and took the time to treat me with respect and listened to what my needs in a vehicle were. From this point on I will always deal with Eric to purchase new vehicles. Support staff including an individual named Simon was helpful and patient with all my questions. A+ Dealership with A+ staff.
