Chloe took the time to thoroughly explain all of the features of the X3, and she helped me to understand the various options available to me. She was never pushy or aggressive, and she made sure that I was completely satisfied with my decision before moving forward with the purchase.
In addition to her expertise, Chloe was also very friendly and personable. She made the entire car-buying process enjoyable, and I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. She truly went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with my purchase.

Whether its leasing or buying their staff will take their time to help you select the one that best suits your needs and customize it the way you want it. What sets them apart from other dealerships? Everyone was delightful, smiling and polite. The salesperson Joel was extremely helpful and patient with all my questions. He kept me informed from beginning to end, and it was a great experience. The young lady who gave me a tutorial on my car on pick-up was very bubbly, friendly, and knowledgeable—a great experience from beginning to end.

I have discovered that a BMW is truly a luxury vehicle engineered to perform at the safest and highest levels of the driving experience. My interactions with all dealership staff at Otto's BMW (Eric, Joshua, Moe, reception, service [Michael] and parts), were polite, friendly, professional, accommodating and caring. My entire BMW shopping experience at Otto's was a pleasure and I look forward doing it again.
