(April 3, 2019, 5:18 pm)We discovered evidence of mice in the basement of our 50-year-old house. We wanted a company that would deal with the issue thoroughly; both my husband and I worked in restaurants and we've seen how ineffective the poison and trap methods are.
We're extremely happy with the service from Skedaddle so far! They came and did an inspection the day after we called and proceeded with the work the next day. Two men spent 4 1/2 hours sealing up all the places on the exterior of our house that would be entry points for mice, plus they install one-way doors so the mice can get out but not back in.
On top of the thorough approach (and guarantee on their work), all the employees we've dealt with from this company have been amazingly professional and courteous! Customer service is a big one for us and these guys have been top notch!! -

(December 11, 2018, 11:15 am)I was in need of support and fast , Adam and Ryan came to my home and provided a detailed assessment and identified many areas of concern. I booked the work order based on the assessment and after reviewing other positive reviews and experiences. This Mon. a kind knowledgeable worker , Grant, arrived from Skedaddle services to complete the work. I did my part and he most certainly did his- as the work took from 8 am through to 5 pm to complete. He maintained contact and updated me throughout while answering all of my questions upon work completion. It was a great experience . Thank you!

(November 23, 2018, 4:31 pm)We called Skedaddle because every fall we have a few mice that get into our 100yr old house. Andrew came to do an assessment and provide a quote. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest about the options available to us. He gave us some pointers for things that we would be able to do on our own, and thoroughly explained the service that Skedaddle provides. Andrew was very respectful and we would absolutely recommend this company.
