I had many pool companies in my backyard as it had a steep incline and was not an easy job to put a pool in and after 5 years of research I went with Pool Builders and could not be more happy. From the start, Dominque comes to your home with his expertise and no pressure approach and helps you make the right choices (as we knew nothing about pools) as well as being aware of our budget. Then once the pool ready to go in welcome sister Shanelle. I had tonnes of questions and she answered them all promptly and with kindness. The crew came each day and worked liked bees, efficient and unseen. Even my neighbour commented on how well they worked. This company goes above and beyond and you can tell they are passionate about what they do. We love our pool and we still get the “WOW” from visitors who cannot believe how our backyard was transformed into a beautiful oasis. Thank you Pool Builders for your great service.

From start to finish, Pool Builders Ltd. exceeded our expectation. From the moment we watched our first online videos of Dominic on their website, to meeting him in person in order to finalize our contract, we knew we were in good hands. This is our second inground pool build and all I can say in comparison to the previous one from a big chain company is WOW! Family owned business who has client service at their heart. They are receptive, patient and prioritize your job when on site. I realize that major landscaping work can become overwhelming since most clients feel like they have to become somewhat of a general contractor. However, Pool Builders Ltd. takes that stress away. They work hand in hand with their recommended landscapers, gas fitter & electrician. The end result becomes a turn key project for clients. Product quality; well you get for what you pay. Excavation done right, electrical trench & work up to code, proper backfill in and around the pool walls. Solid piping at key locations. No cutting corners. Equipment installed and plumbed correctly and cleanly. They also stand by Pentair pool equipment which is rated as one of the best, if not the best. We couldn't be happier to have chosen the experts at Pool Builders Ltd. for our inground pool project. Impeccable end to end experience with Pool Builders!
From initial discussions with Dominic in sales to scheduling, excavation, build and install, we had a great experience with the entire team. Very prompt communications, professional staff, high quality work and very quick to address any issues along the way. They also hire top quality trades to do the gas and electrical work and to make it even easier, they coordinate the work with the trades. Certainly not your budget pool company but you get what you pay for and in this case is high quality work and unparalleled customer experience.

Just wanted to write a quick review. We had Pool Builders build our new pool. It was an extremely smooth process. Even during this crazy pandemic they were on time and on budget with attention to detail. It was such a smooth process. Every question was answered promptly and they did everything to meet our requests. Shanelle, Dom and the team were fantastic. In a tough industry it can be difficult to meet expectations.
