(November 5, 2019, 7:01 pm)The classes are a lot of fun, with really good energy. Scotty is an excellent trainer and makes sure everyone is getting the help they need, while also making it an enjoyable experience! This is coming from someone that never really liked the gym before!

(September 30, 2019, 1:40 am)I enrolled my kids in their Build the Athlete program one day weekly thinking that it would help them develop a bit of a stronger foundation for a variety of sports. We were so impressed with the improvement seen in both kids that after 2 sessions, we increased the visits to 2 sessions per week. Mikael is great with the kids and runs an incredible program that keeps kids having fun, while learning and maintaining a healthy level of competition. No matter what the sport is that your child is involved in, this program can only make them better! We will continue to be back.
