SuyinLifts Gym

You're probably reading this right now because you're considering starting a new fitness journey or maybe because you would like to switch gyms. You want to know whether SuyinLifts would be worth your time, energy and money. The answer is a resounding yes.

I'm not a fitness guru, so I did my research, just like you're doing right now, before booking a consultation with Suyin. I signed up for the meal plan and personal training sessions for a month. To my surprise, I consistently lost weight every week. This was something I was unable to achieve after going to a bigger sized gym consistently for A WHOLE YEAR. I signed up again for a second month, and the results kept on coming! I not only lost pounds, but I was also stronger, fitter and overall healthier.

I am currently signed up for the semi-private sessions and attend the workout classes. My body can now do things it wasn't capable of doing just a few months ago. This was made possible thanks to SuyinLifts. They will push you in the best way possible to help you achieve your goals. I am not an easy person to please, and I'm also not one to write reviews often so I mean it when I say this is genuinely a great gym.

SuyinLifts is an amazing gym. I always feel so comfortable there, everyone is super friendly. The knowledgeable trainers and motivation all around is unbeatable. Would recommend 💯 to try it out you won’t be disappointed & price is right!

This gym offers a great, inclusive atmosphere and friendly staff that make the workouts and training that much better - especially since everyone is so welcoming. I have been working with Lauryn for a little while now and she has been amazing from the start! I would rate more than 5 stars, if I could! I’ve been training with Suyin for a while now and I can say that she is an amazing trainer. You can tell that she truly cares about your progress. She is also adaptable and super understanding which makes a huge difference. It’s the first gym where I’ve felt motivated and excited to go to every time. Everyone is also welcoming and friendly. If you are looking for a gym, this place is definitely where you should go!
