(August 31, 2018, 1:23 am)The burger was good. The fries were rock hard so I brought them back, then had to wait over 5 mins while my food got cold.at the counter for new fries. Which most of.them were still hard. The fries shouldn't have been served like that in the first place. Quality control, people!

The Harvey's is a newish modernly built restaurant with tile flooring and modern furniture as opposed the old school fast food style other locations posses. I ventured up the counter and only had to wait for one customer to finish ordering before cashier could take my order.
