John The Plumber

Had a bit of a mishap with scheduling, but was quickly resolved. They showed up during the scheduled time frame and did the best they could at looking for the cause of the leak. They were unfortunately unable to determine the source, not from lack of trying. Despite that, they were informative and reassured me that it is not a serious issue. Pleasant, polite, and respectful. Cleaned up their work place before leaving and were upfront with costs. Plus, they liked cats, which is always a bonus.

I called John the Plumber after another plumber told me I needed to cut open my wall all the way to the plumbing stack so they could replace the whole pipe and hook up my new bathroom vanity; I needed a second opinion! Crispin from JTP came to my home the next day during the service window and was able to install and hook up the vanity without any wall cutting or mutilation of the vanity’s backside. He was very friendly and professional. Although the price wasn’t cheap, you get what you pay for and the fast response and high quality work made it a very positive experience. I have no hesitations recommending John the Plumber for quick and effective plumbing services.

I had my bathroom widespread taps and faucet replaced by John the Plumber. I was extremely satisfied with all components of the process. Here is some feedback on the process:
-Phone representatives were fast, friendly and gave all the information needed to initiate the task
-The plumbers were very friendly and had an excellent grasp of what was required and exactly how much it would cost to provide the service.
-Prices were competitive with other plumbers in the area.
-The job was done efficiently and quietly without any delay in performing the installation.
-The plumbers came up with some creative solutions to the installation of the taps to make the wash area look fantastic.
-Upon completion of the installation, the bathroom was very clean and all debris was removed.

In summary, I couldn't ask for a better customer care and service from what I received from John the Plumber.

Very impressed with the service and professionalism of Johnathan, Cameron, Aaron and Eric. They took the time to explain how they would replace the old cast iron pipes and answered all of our questions. We added an extra request last minute and they willing accommodated us. It was a big project but they work efficiently and finished ahead of schedule. We will definitely use them again.

Johnathan, Cam and Nick were awesome to work with. They did our whole house and it took about a year because we had to do the job sequentially and Johnathan managed to keep the price the same as it was originally quoted. Johnathan was great to deal with throughout and easily reachable if we had a question or to schedule the next appointment.
Can and Nick were flexible and very professional and went above and beyond in their work and we are happy with the job that they did.
