We bought a car from them, sight unseen through an ad on Auto Traders. We are from Cambridge, so it was a distance to come. They went above and beyond making sure our vehicle was in top condition and everything was fixed before we drove away with it. My husband is over-the-moon. Thank you Annie and Christian!!

(September 22, 2016, 2:52 pm)Always had my cars serviced there over the last 15 years.....VW's, Mercedes and my Jeep. Pricing is always fair and reasonable with no surprises. Staff are always courteous and knowledgeable and get it done right. Cars are mechanical beasts that need to maintained and most people don't do this properly and then when it breaks down, people like to blame the garage when they have to deliver the bad news. I recommend East Motors to my friends without hesitation because of the trust and reliability of their work.

The office service by Annie is friendly, respectful and pleasant, with all my questions being always answered in details. The car has always drove nicely and I recommend anyone not knowledgeable about cars, their Audi, to not hesitate to use this garage.
