Frank took the time to answer all my husbands questions and send us a video of the car, we were so impressed that we put a deposit down as we are from Winnipeg and flew out to sign the papers and drive away the same day! The car was in remarkable condition and Frank was easy to deal with and went above and beyond to make the sale happen from 2,000 KMs away!

We found the right vehicle at a very good price (I checked for similar vehicles on car gurus and auto trader and both rated this sale price as a good / great deal). Frank was very accommodating and attentive. We had pointed out some minor cosmetic issues with the vehicle we wanted and he noted each one and promised they would all be addressed....and each one was, to our satisfaction! We would highly recommend Wallace auto in Ottawa and Frank specifically for you vehicle search.
