Marc is the best realtor in Ottawa. PERIOD. We hired him twice. Once for buying our house, and once for selling that same house (3.5 years later). The first time, we were browsing online, and we were sure we didn't have enough money to get anything. We told him he can search for us, but there's only a slim chance we'll buy...He proved us wrong. He found us an unpolished diamond under our budget (243K), and his sister (an awesome designer) helped us polish it.
The second time, we weren't sure about selling. We thought we won't get enough out of it to move to a lager home...wrong again! He managed to sell our small (850ish sqft) semi-detached for 453K, after ONE DAY ON THE MARKET (13 viewings, 3 bullish offers). That's 33K over asking! So that covered his commision and got us an extra 10K or so.
We pretty much owe our entire home ownership lives to him. If we wouldn't have bought that first time, the market would have been too expensive for us to get into already. So thank you so much Marc...You're the best!
