It's a crazy real estate market, but they provided us with guidance and support throughout the buying process and we bought our dream home. As sellers' agents, they marketed our home in a way that highlighted its features and made it a stand-out property against the competition. Their staging services took our home to the next level. We were also impressed at how available and responsive they were to us, day or night, with any questions we had about the process. They really "got us" and understood the emotions that went into this move, while also not losing sight of the important financial aspect. I was extremely nervous about entering the market, but Lori was reassuring and helpful throughout. She even let me tour her house at one pointed as we waited for a similar house on the same street to open up. In the end, we managed to find the perfect house, and Lori even helped secure some furniture for me from another client who was moving to Toronto. Thanks for everything!

They are well prepared for the pre-sale presentation; they carefully explained all details, including home price comparison and sale strategy. They took the extra effort to stage our home and execute the sale plan very well. We also like their virtual tour feature, which enables buyers to walk through the house before visiting. We highly recommend them. Choose them! And you will be happy!
