His knowledge and ability to explain the movements were top notch. I highly recommend Tony for personal training - young and old alike.

He is a very experienced and knowledgeable coach who has helped me improve significantly through the years. He is great at motivating clients and cares deeply about seeing his clients succeed. Would recommend Tony to anyone seriously about improving themselves, either on the pitch or for everyday life.

He pushes me hard, especially when I feel sluggish after a day in the office. The gym is clean, spacious and very well equipped. He was able to adapt my workouts to my busy schedule, was constantly checking in and made me feel like a valued client. He is very passionate about what he does, educates you and challenges you beyond what you believe you are capable of achieving. I loved my workouts . Tony is an amazing coach!

You can tell he's passionate about what he does and has the knowledge to back it up. He's given me the confidence to challenge myself and become stronger. I would not hesitate to recommend him to who really wants to invest in their health.
