(January 6, 2024, 5:16 pm)Wonderful gym with a welcoming community and great workouts. I attended a free trial while visiting Ottawa and had a great experience. The workout was fun and challenging and Jonathan (the coach) was encouraging and knowledgeable. There was a notable focus on form and proper execution of movements. Working out with a supportive community was also really motivating. Finally, if I could give an extra star for the space itself, I would. The gym and equipment were clean and well-organized and Winston was the cutest!!

(November 30, 2023, 12:18 am)I just started at Actus and I really like it! Coaches are knowledgeable, motivating and fun! The gym is well organized, clean, and well equipped. The booking system is easy to use and Jonathan is great at setting you up for what you need. Class sizes are perfect and allows you to get to know familiar faces. So far, Actus has been everything I could want from a CrossFit box 😃💪🏼🫶🏼

(January 6, 2022, 12:29 pm)Actus has an insane community. I absolutely love the group sessions. When you step in this gym, it's like you enter a different reality. You will be forever challenged with new movements and weights. You will also make insane progress if you keep showing up! And you'll be excited to show up. Wherever you are in your fitness journey, everyone there supports you and everyone is putting in some serious hard work. You'll learn a whole lot about fitness and yourself in the process. I know it because I've made the best gains, and met my best friends and coaches at this gym.
