In several cases, when I needed some advice regarding an HVAC topic, I called them and they kindly helped me over the phone without charging me. Sometimes these phone calls took long time though. They are expert in their business and very nice and kind with their clients. I strongly recommend this company.

They helped me over the phone with as much instructions as possible to identify the problem and when almost certain about the issue, they ordered the suspected part and when the part arrived, they showed up at my door with the part eliminating unnecessary travel and wait times. They did not assume that I do not know anything about HVAC systems and answered my questions passionately and patiently. I strongly recommend WeatherFix.
