I always gets great service from Office staff they are very professional and understanding resolving any issue. -

(November 8, 2020, 9:18 pm)The townhomes are spacious, large rooms, great appliances, the bathrooms, 2 1/2, are very nice, so is the kitchen. In Orleans, the cost of this townhouse I visited cost 1,600.$ per month, 2 bedroom and study. Compared to the less expensive of 1,100 to 1,200 are the not even close to this 1,600 of luxury and comfort. Close to stores. Great neighborhood.

(September 15, 2020, 7:50 pm)Well managed. Have lived here 10 years plus. Cap Reit is miles ahead of the previous owner with responsive customer service. Office and maintenance people are friendly, professional and do their best to keep us all happy.
