She's fun & motivating plus she also offers a "stretch" & "core" class - in quotations because they aren't necessarily named that on the schedule. But when you're lucky enough to be a "lady of a certain age", you understand the need to pepper the cardio with those types of classes in order to keep going!

Tim works with you to help reach your goals so each session or training plan is tailored to the client's needs, abilities and limitations. Very devoted and dedicated to his clients' success. Would highly recommend.
