(March 9, 2021, 3:49 pm)We had our gas furnace and fireplace check-up with RTHC and loved the service - the two men (Nigel and Tristan) who did the servicing were friendly, courteous and kind and the women in the office (Ann and Nancy) were so helpful and friendly to work with. Definitely recommend!

Prompt, friendly service, good pricing and very attentive to the needs of their customers. Everyone was helpful, friendly and efficient and they got us up and running in no time after our old furnace quit on us. Highly recommend. Such a pleasure to deal with a company like this.

(December 11, 2019, 10:48 pm)We needed a whole house humidifier but our specific requirements were perhaps unusual. We heat our house by forced air furnace and we have a fireplace that helps with heating bill. We also have large windows facing south so even during very cold weather the furnace gets very little work when sunny. That meant very little humidity introduced into our house if only provided when furnace was active. We designed the humidifier to turn furnace fan on when increased humidity is called for. Plus the furnace on for heat also adds moisture via humidifier. Our Relative Humidity is perfect thanks to Rene's!
