Rob was especially amazing at working with us every time we changed our minds with a new idea or change of direction. He was incredibly efficient, has the most amazing skills, quality workmanship EVERY step of the way & showed up on time to a tee every single time he booked an appt. I have never in my lifetime had such an amazing contractor do work for me. Super, super impressed!

When we called to ask for a fireplace assessment for an old and unused fireplace, we expected to hear we'd need to make a major investment to get it up and running. However, after an assessment of the fireplace, chimney and liner, Rob gave us the good news that the fireplace was completely fine and ready to use. Not knowing a lot about fireplaces, we appreciated the honesty. Will definitely call them again!
