Alex has a great kettle bell class. I found it a good workout being considerate of any injuries.
Alec is dedicated to personal training, and is a super motivator. To quote him "Be the Best You Can Be". Alec has worked with me for about 18 months - and I notice a distinct increase in my stamina and strength. Alec sets a personal challenging programme, while maintaining a sense of humour, and realistic expectations. The programme gets tailored as needed - using stretching, free weights, machines at the gym, kettlebells. The education component, with explanations/demonstrations is much appreciated. Highly recommended trainer.
