I can't thank her enough for her help managing hot flashes (menopause), insomnia, IBS, anxiety, burnout and exhaustion, but also supporting me through treatment for breast cancer. I feel so much better knowing she's in my corner, and my energy, mood and well-being has been better and more steady than ever. Pauline is very highly educated and experienced in her field, and also has broad knowledge of other healing approaches like mindfulness. I highly recommend Pauline's services for her care, experience, knowledge and professionalism.
