(September 19, 2022, 8:16 pm)I’m on a long distance bike ride across Ontario. I arrived at the shop at 4pm after nursing a tire that was losing air all day. Even though it was closing time, Matt gracefully stayed with us for another 30 minutes or so to ensure we had the tools and supplies we needed to add fresh sealant to correct the leak. He was very friendly and helpful. Thanks again, Matt!
