I had booked for reflexology; but as my nervous system responded to the pressure points, my whole body was shaking and we shifted to a more gentle "energy work" type of session. We did some breathing, visualization, and worked together to let my inner wisdom come forth. Since then, I have continued to see her during many "crossroads" of my life, and we work very spontaneously - trusting that my body knows what needs to be "released" and "revealed." Over the years treatments have evolved and often include sound (I call it "toning"... and would describe the sound vibrations and a way to recalibrate my energy). I always get off Alison's table feeling more aligned and clear, physically, mentally, emotionally and energetically. I highly recommend seeing Alison if you feel "out of sorts" or disconnected from yourself, or your life path. I honestly do not know where I would be in my life if it was not for her ongoing support over the last 22 years. Thank you Alison for sharing your healing gifts with the world!
