(May 16, 2022, 2:36 pm)Lovely 😍👌👍 decor! 10/10 for such interior. I believe this could be a model for other Tim Hortons interior decor. Coming back to my rating...I assume this is newly opened branch and things are yet to be in order. But knowing Tim Hortons and their capabilities, any new facilities should be equipped with proper resources.
I have no complaints against any stuff members but I must say they are not up to it! The person who took my order (in store), lacks energy SEVERLY. I saw someone correcting him not properly following the procedure for making a coffee. Another lady came in after me, who asked for FOOD, the person went back to check the stock and finishe the payments. After a while they came back and said they can deliver half of the order!!
New store and may be crew members are not fully up to the speed. I know they will get better with time. But these issues can be looked into from day 1.
