JW Marriott The Rosseau Muskoka Resort & Spa

From the moment we pulled up to the day we left, everything was outstanding. Thank you Amanda at Concierge and the rest of the wonderful team, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We felt safe, comfortable and more importantly well looked after. Our servers at the Chophouse were incredible (Naveen & co.) and Christian appreciate you keeping our bonfire lit our first night! A big kudos to Leah & the GM who hosted a lovely wine reception for guests outdoors on the Terrace. The heat lamps and blankets were the best! As well as the shrimp sliders! Great to chat with fellow travellers that evening. Looking forward to returning for another fabulous stay!!

Don't even know where to begin with this resort. Amanda and Patrick at the front desk where an absolute pleasure to be greeted by and checked in with. The decor and ambiance takes you to another dimension as soon as you walk in. Rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious, hot tub was a perfect touch on a cold fall day. The Muskoka Chophouse was absolutely worth it. A little on the pricey side but you won't regret it. Overall a superb experience. Will return again and again

Great getaway from Toronto and some nice activities to do like building your Rosseau buddy. Overall a beautiful resort and we loved the outdoor hot tub. Just wish there were food options after 11pm. It was cold when we arrived so we didn't do any of the outdoor activities other than walking around the resort which is nice especially by the lake. Even though it is a higher end resort you can tell that it is 4 stars and not 5 by some of the repairs that need to be done like the loose pool tiles and the just "ok" food. The servers are great tho.

Nice landscape and wonderful staffs. I enjoyed. Room size is great and old as other people mentioned but pretty clean. Restaurant food is ok but our server was amazing. Explained all food and had chatting about the wine. We had great dinner. Yes...it is little more expensive than most of hotel but... it was understandable level. Thank you for all staffs at JW Marriott.
